Hwa Hsia Glass Co. Ltd., Taiwan, a 12% share holder, was founded in 1925 and is one of the leading glass manufacturers in Asia, generating an annual turnover of over US $100 million in 2004 and employing 3000 employees. It is quality certified ISO 9001:2000 (UKAS). It has 2 production plants, one in Taiwan and the other in Jiangmen City, China, owning a total of 6 furnaces producing 840 tons of glass per day. Hwa Hsia will provide the plant with machinery, equipment and technical know-how under an equipment and partnership contract.

(JCL Manufacturing), Singapore, a 3% share holder, was established in 1952 and is currently the leader in Asia and a dominant glass container player in the world. It specializes in the manufacturing of precision glass mold equipment and machinery, generating revenues of US $6.8 million in 2003.
